A simple dish to make in a rush, or when you're craving some good spicy carbs.
Free from peanuts, nuts, dairy, egg, soy, fish and shellfish
Ingredients
2 servings cooked spaghetti
2 large handfuls of basil, torn
The juice and zest of one lemon
1 tsp pepperoncini (spicy peppers in olive oil) *read the label before consuming
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
Drain the pasta and add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Toss well and serve nice and hot! This was one of my favorite dishes to make in university because it's satisfying, quick, and inexpensive.
