a pinch of ground turmeric
one cinnamon stick
1 tsp organic honey
1 bag of pure green tea
1 1/2 cups boiling water
Method
Add the honey, cinnamon stick, turmeric, and green tea to a large mug and add 1 1/2 cups (or one mug-full) of boiling water. Stir well and drink warm
