Farm Fresh Garden Salad
There’s no better salad than one made with ingredients fresh from the farm. Leafy green lettuce, bitter, speckled radicchio, and heirloom tomatoes pair so well together with a light dressing. You can use whatever lettuces are available to you at your local market. The key is to keep it all light and airy. The dressing is meant to enhance, not to overpower.
