Dairy Free Cranberry Maple Oatmeal
This oatmeal recipe has ruined me for all other oatmeals. The tartness of the cranberries intermingles with the savory vegan butter, sweet maple syrup, salty pumpkin seeds, and earthy oats, to create the most incredible oatmeal recipe.
Ingredients for Dairy Free Cranberry Maple Oatmeal
1 serving of cooked quick oats or minute oats (use gluten free purity protocol oats if preferred)
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1/3 cup fresh cranberries
1 tbsp. allergy safe vegan butter
1 tbsp. shelled, salted pumpkin seeds
How to make Dairy Free Cranberry Maple Oatmeal
Prepare the oats according to package directions. I like to make mine with either water or hot oat milk. You can find my recipe for homemade oat milk above.
Scoop the prepared oatmeal into a bowl and stir in the cranberries.
Top with maple syrup, vegan butter, and salted pumpkin seeds.
Serve warm
