Stocking Stuffers and Gift Ideas for Allergy Adults
It’s nearly Christmas, and this holiday, whichever holiday you celebrate, is a time for thoughtful giving. In light of the generosity of the season I have put together a list of gifting suggestions for the allergy person in your life. From gadgets to make managing the logistical element of allergies easier, to free-from products, and medical accessories, there is something for every allergy guy or gal on your list.

Fanny Pack

I’d like to think that an allergy adult is behind the resurgence of fanny packs in fashion. Whoever brought them back into the light, I applaud you. There are tons of fanny packs available this season, from the subtle and functional to the bold and beautiful. You won’t run the risk of looking like a tourist with this generation’s bum bags. And how slick does one look with a fanny pack slung across your torso? Hello hands-free Epi carriage.
Enjoy Life Seasonal Chocolate Minis

Finding these at the grocery store is like locating a unicorn. Every allergy adult has wanted seasonal chocolate for pretty much their entire lives. I’ve watched my brother bite the ear off many chocolate rabbits and reindeer over the years and I want in! Melt one of these chocolate gems into your morning coffee for a tasty mocha.
SunButter On the Go Creamy Single Cups

These little cups of sunshine are ideal for travel, picnics, or taking to work or school. Dip carrots, celery, or crackers, pour on top of your oatmeal, eat it like that as a snack… however you choose to consume it, these cups are convenient, delicious, provide lean protein, and are nut-free (and top allergen free).
Kalas Sea Salt - 250g

You may be wondering why I included salt in this round-up, but I did it with very good reason. Allergic travelers often bring their own food, sponges, and other necessities, and stay in an apartment or hotel with a kitchen so they can cook. One of my biggest pet peeves is to buy basic items that won’t get used up, or that I already have at home, like salt. I would hate to go a week without it, but I also don’t want to buy salt and leave 99% of it at the hotel. That’s why this mini salt is perfection! Not to mention it’s a high quality sea salt.
Gourmia Travel Kettle

A travel kettle is also on my list of vacation must-have’s, even for quick getaways. You never know if your hotel will have a kettle or how clean it will be. I bring my own so that I know I can enjoy my coffee, tea, oatmeal, etc. in comfort. It’s petite to begin with and folds up small enough that you can fit it in your carry-on bag.
Portable Cutlery Set

If you’re like me, the thought of using shared cutlery at an office makes you cringe. This set of cutlery can easily slip into your lunch bag and thrown into the dishwasher when you return home. It’s also convenient for travel, road trips, camping, etc.
Frio Bag - Insulated Medical Carrying Case

If you’re heading south after the holidays or planning a new year vacation, an insulated epinephrine carrying case is a must-have to set your mind at ease and keep you safe. The bag will keep your medication at a stable temperature for up to 45 hours, meaning you won’t have to be constantly fussing over whether your Epi’s were out of the shade too long.
